All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases from K - Stock are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a digital file has been delivered or made available for download, we cannot accept returns.
Refund Eligibility – Download Issues Only
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience a technical issue with your download (such as a corrupted file, broken download link, or file that cannot be opened), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at kaci@kbarstock.store.
To request a refund under this policy, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the technical issue
- Screenshots or details of any error messages received
If we are unable to resolve the download issue and you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase, we will issue a full refund.
What Is Not Covered
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchases
- Incompatibility with your device or software (please review system requirements before purchasing)
- Partial use of the digital product
- Violations of our Digital Content License & Usage Policy
